OTR is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under NTN i156736-1. We operate in full compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and data protection regulations.

National Academic Support Grants – Merit Policy

Program Overview

The National Academic Support Grant program awards five deserving students Rs 10,000 each monthly to support their educational journey. This initiative reflects OTR's commitment to nurturing academic excellence across Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a registered OTR student in good standing
Must have completed at least one full assessment
Excellence Fellow tier members receive automatic consideration
Open to students from all grades (4-12) nationwide

Selection Methodology

Grants are awarded based on a weighted formula:

40% – Overall test score percentage
30% – Improvement trajectory over previous attempts
20% – Regional representation (ensuring geographic diversity)
10% – Participation consistency

Award Process

Winners are selected by an independent committee comprising educators and OTR board members. The selection process is recorded and verifiable. Winners are notified via registered email and WhatsApp within 7 days of month-end.

Disbursement

Grants are transferred directly to the student's or parent's verified bank account/JazzCash/Easypaisa within 10 business days of announcement. A physical certificate accompanies the award.

Tax Compliance

All grants are processed in accordance with Pakistani tax laws. Recipients may be required to provide CNIC/B-Form copies for compliance purposes.

Transparency

Winner names (with consent) are published on our platform. Detailed selection criteria and past winner profiles are available upon request.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Service Providers: With payment processors, cloud hosting services, and communication platforms that are contractually bound to protect your data
Educational Institutions: With your school (if you enrolled through them) for academic tracking
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Online Testing Revolution ("OTR") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the OTR website, mobile applications, and related services.
"User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
"Student" refers to a User registering for assessments.
"Teacher" refers to an educational professional registering on behalf of an institution.
"Content" refers to all materials, including tests, questions, answers, and results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Impersonate any person or entity
Provide false information
Attempt to circumvent test security measures
Share answers or engage in cheating
Use automated tools or bots
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Assessment Rules

All assessments must be completed individually without assistance. Cheating, including but not limited to sharing answers, using unauthorized materials, or impersonation, results in immediate disqualification and possible account termination. OTR's AI systems detect anomalous patterns, and decisions are final.

7. Fees and Payments

Registration fees are as specified on the Platform. Fees are non-refundable once a test is scheduled. If technical issues on OTR's side prevent test completion, you may request a free retest or full refund within 7 days. Payments are processed through third-party gateways; OTR does not store payment card details.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including tests, questions, answers, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OTR or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. Users retain ownership of their personal data and test responses.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OTR harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Quetta, Balochistan.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
